Preparing our Security Personnel

To provide "Service Above the Rest" Alrod trains the staff continuously exposing them to new and best practices whether in classrooms, on the job, or by coaching or mentoring.

Our in-house training program is conducted by a Certified Protection Professional and is certified by the federal government. Every applicant is required to attend a pre-assignment training session and pass a 50 question examination prior to permanent assignment. Training includes lectures by our executives and managers including the President.
