Our Facility Management services are provided through Competitive Bidding as well as Sole Source and Special Invited Tenders and Proposals and provide work for nearly 100 employees of varying skill levels ranging from electrical contractors, plumbers, custodial/janitorial work. Alrod provides services to large Commercial entities as well as to Federal and State bodies.
