Alrod Enterprises was incorporated in 1978 and has its headquarters at 119 North Sycamore Street with Materials and Operations Divisions at 142 East Wythe Street, Petersburg.

This program is second only to the 8(a) program with respect to contracting preferences. Firms/Institutions which do business with HUBZone entities therefore get special allowances

Our Management Team

Chairman & CEO: Albert W. Thweatt
Dr. Thweatt founded the company and has worked with the company through every stage of its development. He is one of the compliant Agents for the entity and uses his formal training in Education, Business and Diversity Management to ensure that both line and management staff are equipped to offer clients quality service. He is the visionary and in most cases the key executive point of contact.

Chief Operating Officer & Legal Counsel: Albert W. Thweatt II
As General Counsel he is responsible for contract negotiation, creating and managing legal operating framework within the various states of our operations as well as managing labour relations and Human Resource issues. His skills and involvement alloiw us to be fleet footed and to be able to have an enviable record with regard to operations.

Vice President Operations: D. Carol Harris
As Vice President for Business Development she is responsible for contracting, starting new contracts and creating and managing operating systems conducive with contractual obligations and in keeping with company policies. She is also another compliant Agent for the company.
